Cancellation & Refund Policy

Private sessions

• You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to [24] hours before your session.
• Cancellations made less than [24] hours before the session, or missed sessions, may be charged in full. [Bita to confirm]
• If we need to cancel, we will offer a new time or a full refund.

Workshops and courses

• Full refund if you cancel at least [7] days before the start date.
• Within [7] days of the start, we can transfer your place to a later workshop or to another family. [Bita to confirm]
• No refunds once a course has started, except where required by law.

Audio and digital products

Because digital files can be downloaded immediately, purchases of audio products are not refundable unless the file is faulty. [Bita to confirm]
