Eye Wonder World (Bita Pargol, Poway, California) respects your family’s privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Registration: the parent or guardian’s name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, password and preferred language. We do not ask for children’s names or ages on this website.
- Booking requests and free audio: your name, email, phone number, preferred times and any note you add; for the free audio, your name and email.
- Sign in with WhatsApp or Google (optional): you can sign in or create an account with your WhatsApp number. Your number is saved to your account and sent to our code-delivery provider WALoops (waloops.com) to send and check a one-time login code. We may use it to contact you about our sessions and services. If you sign in with Google, Google shares only your name and email address with us; Google sign-in works only for parents who have already registered.
- Contact form: your name, email, optional phone number and message.
- Online booking: when you book a session with the calendar on this website, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), the date and time you choose and any note you add. Bookings are handled by the LatePoint booking system on our own website server; no outside booking service receives your details.
- Technical data: cookies needed to keep you logged in, and standard server logs.
Children’s privacy
Our services are for children, but this website is intended for parents and guardians. Accounts must be created by an adult (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information without a parent’s consent, contact us and we will delete it.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account and give you access to meditation audio.
- To contact you about sessions, workshops and your questions.
- To answer booking requests and send the free meditation you asked for.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Where information is stored
Information is stored on our website host, in a private Google Sheet and in our email inbox (Google). A short notice of each new booking, message or sign-up (name, email, phone and booking time) is also sent to our private Telegram chat so we can reply quickly. These providers process data on our behalf.
